At Companion Services, we value our customers and strive to ensure a seamless experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy below:

Cancellation Policy

  1. Service Cancellation:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service to avoid charges.

    • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, 50% of the service fee will be charged.

  2. Recurring Services:

    • For recurring services (e.g., weekly/monthly plans), cancellations must be notified 48 hours prior to the next scheduled service to avoid charges.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are applicable for services canceled within the required notice period (24 hours for single services, 48 hours for recurring plans).

    • If the service is unsatisfactory, please notify us within 48 hours of the service completion for a review and potential refund.

  2. Refund Process:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  3. Non-Refundable Cases:

    • Cancellations made beyond the specified notice period.

    • Partially availed or completed services.
