Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service to avoid charges.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, 50% of the service fee will be charged.

Recurring Services:

For recurring services (e.g., weekly/monthly plans), cancellations must be notified 48 hours prior to the next scheduled service to avoid charges.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are applicable for services canceled within the required notice period (24 hours for single services, 48 hours for recurring plans).

If the service is unsatisfactory, please notify us within 48 hours of the service completion for a review and potential refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
