What are the different kinds of support and services that are provided by Companion?

Companions can help with everyday tasks such as running simple errands for you, accompanying you to banks or doctor visits. They can also provide companionship taking away your hours of loneliness by being a partner with you on your walks, reading stories, chitchatting or by taking you to parks, temples or any places that you would like to visit. We can also arrange for celebrations for any occasion that you would like to celebrate.

What are the characteristics you look for in a ‘Companion’?

We spend rigorous time choosing the Companions. We follow strict interviewing guidelines and the Companions are also put through psychometric tests before they are chosen. We ensure that people who are compassionate and empathetic and have the right mindset are chosen to serve you
Are there any healthcare services provided by you?
​
We also arrange for doctor visits to your home or online consultation with doctors. We help with yoga or physiotherapy sessions to rejuvenate your mind and body. We can arrange for blood sample collection or any other lab tests to be done from the comfort of your homes
Are there any other additional services that are provided by you?
​
We can arrange for medical insurance schemes that you register into to take away your hassles of arranging for the same
How much time will Companions spend with the Heroes?
​
The Companions can spend as much as you want and that depends entirely on you. We only need to know beforehand the no of hours you would need the Companions for and we will ensure that the Companions are able to spend that much time with you
Can I choose my Companion?
​
The Companion will be chosen by us making sure that he/she is the right fit for you depending on the services that you require. We will arrange for a face-to-face meeting with your Companion for the first time so that both of you feel comfortable with each other. We will also gather feedback from you and your Companion to ensure that this feeling of comfortness continues for future sessions
How will you gather feedback?

We will gather feedback from you and your Companion to check how the session went and if both of you felt comfortable with each other.
Is this a free service?
​
The first session with your Companion will be a free one. The subsequent sessions will be paid services as we need to pay for the Companions who would assist you with everyday tasks or provide companionship. The Companions that we choose are best in class and we need to pay them also to keep them happy!
We are also planning for monthly/yearly subscription based fees in the coming few months
How I can pay?

We will provide you with an invoice for the services rendered by us. You can pay us online through credit/debit cards, Netbanking, PayTM or Google Pay
Can I cancel a task after I’ve booked?
​
You can cancel a task after you’ve booked upto 2 hrs before start of the session. You will be charged a cancellation fee if the task is cancelled within 2 hrs before start of the session
Is there a cancellation fee?
​
The cancellation fee would apply if the task is cancelled within 2 hrs before start of the session. The cancellation fee would be 50% of the service fees
Which are the cities in which you provide service?
​
We are currently providing our services in the city of Chennai. We would soon be expanding to other cities Bangalore and Hyderabad. The NRIs living abroad and having families living in Chennai can also book our services
Can I request the same Companion for all my visits?
​
We will try and accommodate your request to provide you with the same Companion for all of your visits but this is something we cannot assure you. But what we can assure you is that any Companion who visits you will come with a compassionate and empathetic mindset for you to feel comfortable with.
Is there a registration fee for the first time?
​
There is no registration fees and anybody who needs our Companion services can register and book our services
